This is an exceptional opportunity for those who have a keen interest in real estate and municipal utility district law. This position requires a minimum of 3 years of experience as a paralegal with relevant experience. Responsibilities: Conduct legal research and factual investigation related to real estate and municipal utility district law. Draft, review, and revise legal documents, including contracts, minute books. Communicate effectively with clients, attorneys, agency personnel, and other professionals. Maintain and organize files and legal databases. Assist in due diligence reviews and real estate closings. Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations and provide legal updates to the team. Perform administrative tasks as needed, including scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, and managing correspondence. Qualifications: A minimum of 3 years of experience as a paralegal, preferably in real estate and municipal utility district law. Paralegal certification from an accredited program. Excellent research and writing skills. Proficiency in using legal research software and other computer technology. Strong knowledge of legal procedures, terminology, and court systems. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion. Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
