Job Details Qualifications: Mechanical and electrical expertise required; experience with specialty metals or processing equipment a plus. Associates degree in engineering, industrial technology, or related field preferred but not required. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Proven ability to work under deadlines and in a fast-paced, multi-shift environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
