Associate Dean for Research, School of Social Work Position Title Associate Dean for Research, School of Social Work The Associate Dean for Research ( ADR ), who also serves as the Director of the Buffalo Center for Social Research ( BCSR ) , oversees the development of the school’s research agenda and protocols consistent with UB’s guidelines, and providing leadership in articulating and carrying out the research mission of the School of Social Work . Responsibilities Develop partnership strategies for CAA Hockey clients. Identify, secure, and execute new brand partnerships, endorsement opportunities, and marketing deals for clients. Lead, manage, and develop the Marketing and Client Servicing team; build strategy and provide support in client servicing, deal execution, partnership activations, campaigns, appearances, and sponsorship deliverables. Build and maintain relationships with clients, brands, teams, CMOs, agencies, sponsors, and media partners. Collaborate with On‑Ice Agents and internal partners to execute on client marketing initiatives. Develop relationships throughout CAA to identify and create additional opportunities for clients. Develop creative strategies to grow client visibility and commercial opportunities. Stay current on market trends, athlete marketing opportunities, emerging platforms, and brand partnership strategies. Travel required based on client, event, and partnership opportunities. Qualifications 10 years of experience in sports marketing, athlete marketing, brand partnerships, or talent representation. Compensation The annual base salary for this position is in the range of $202,000 - $237,000 in Los Angeles, CA. This position is also eligible for benefits and a discretionary bonus.
