Uline is opening a new 1.3 million-square-foot warehouse in Plainfield, Connecticut, and we’re looking for a hands-on Human Resources Manager to help staff it from the ground up. Position Responsibilities Lead HR operations for 200 warehouse, facilities and office employees. Build, coach and develop a high-performing HR team to support staffing a new facility. Collaborate with leadership on hiring, performance management, employee relations and engagement. Guide performance conversations to help maintain a positive, productive workplace. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree in human resources, business or related field. 7 years of HR and talent acquisition experience, including previous management experience. Experience in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems (ATS) - Workday knowledge a plus. Knowledgeable of federal and Connecticut labor and employment laws. Strong recruiting background, especially in high-growth, shift or warehouse settings. Travel to Uline’s North American locations as needed.
