The Electric NERC Compliance Consultant, Principal will lead collaboration with Electric Engineering, Asset management and Planning, and Electric Operations business units and the Enterprise NERC Compliance Office to guide mitigation planning, shaping risk-based decisions, aligning cross-functional partners, and influencing policy and regulatory strategy across WECC, FERC and CAISO. The selected candidate must live within PG&E’s service territory and will be expected to work in the office 2-3 days/week. It partners cross-functionally to manage compliance requirements, strengthen controls, and enable risk-based oversight through effective monitoring, data, and reporting. The Compliance Insights team provides strategic, comprehensive data analysis, reporting, and data-driven insights that support Electric compliance, investigations, and risk management. Position Summary: The Electric NERC Compliance Consultant, Expert core function is to support/monitor the compliance and/or risk management framework & tools that enable the organization and employees to conduct business in compliance with NERC applicable standards, laws & regulations, and/or to identify, manage, and mitigate operational risk. The Electric NERC Compliance Consultant, expert will partner with Electric Engineering, Asset management and Planning, and Electric Operations business units and the Enterprise NERC Compliance Office to guide mitigation planning, shaping risk-based decisions, aligning cross-functional partners, and influencing policy and regulatory strategy across WECC, FERC and CAISO. The selected candidate must live within PG&E’s service territory and will be expected to work in the office 2-3 days/week. PG&E is providing the salary range that the company in good faith believes it might pay for this position at the time of the job posting. This compensation range is specific to the locality of the job. The actual salary paid to an individual will be based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, specific skills, education, licenses or certifications, experience, market value, geographic location, and internal equity. Although we estimate the successful candidate hired into this role will be placed towards the middle or entry point of the range, the decision will be made on a case-by-case basis related to these factors.​ A reasonable salary range is:​ Bay Area Minimum: $​122,000.00 Bay Area Maximum: $​194,000.00 California Minimum: $​116,000.00 California Maximum: $184,000.00 Responsibilities: Provides expertise to leadership and cross-functional teams regarding development, implementation, and monitoring of controls and mitigation plans. May lead company response to regulatory data requests, investigations, audits, and other inquiries. Regularly updates leadership on changes to requirements/standards, metrics, program effectiveness, and opportunities for improvement. Lead root cause analysis exercises. May participate in risk management forums at the enterprise level. May act as team lead but does not have any direct reports. Supports ongoing mitigation plans filed with the Regional Entity (Western Electric Coordinating Council [WECC]); partners with Electric Engineering business units on the development of mitigation plans; develops compelling data-driven business cases for or against specific courses of action and potential risk mitigation alternatives as appropriate. Partners with controls verification team on development and implementation of test plans, incorporating any findings into improvements in NERC compliance. Supports annual gap analysis; identifies gaps between compliance requirements and guidance documentation; supports development of compliance narratives and RSAW documentation. Supports investigations into compliance issues with NERCwith a focus on O&P standard family; provides strategic direction regarding areas of NERC compliance in common with CPUC, OEIS, and CAISO. Identifies opportunities for new internal controls; helps build additional internal controls. Supports WECC/FERC audits; provides input into FERC/NERC policy as it pertains to development of new and/or revised NERC Reliability Standards. Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience 7 years of relevant experience Primarily office environment with extensive use of computers and numerous phone calls, conference calls, and in-person meetings. Travel requirements vary depending on assigned area of business. Desired Qualifications: Master's degree in engineering, economics, business administration or job-related field Electrical engineer with experience in the utility industry to support technical interpretations and implementation of new compliance requirements FERC/NERC utility policy experience or utility operational experience Regulatory, analytical, communications or public affairs related experience Electric industry experience Ability to synthesize and distill highly complex data and findings to present in verbal and/or written format to diverse audiences; to lead Company regulatory activities and to lead discussions of gas procurement issues Advanced collaboration and interpersonal skills to effectively build relationships with a wide variety of stakeholders Ability to analyze complex problems and make decisions despite incomplete information and limited time Strong presentation skills On-depth knowledge of technical and professional concepts related to strategy and planning Exceptional understanding of the energy landscape Knowledge of process improvement and driving change Ability to synthesize complex information – both quantitative and qualitative, and deliver impactful presentations to influence change Ability to influence and build relationships, especially on cross-functional teams Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to communicate complex data effectively to a variety of audiences including executives Ability to influence others in order to achieve understanding, acceptance, and commitment to act Highly flexible, self-directed, and able to adapt well to a rapidly changing environment Advanced skills in MS Office including Excel and PowerPoint

Warehouse Bulk Full Time 2nd Shift - Annex

12:00pm-8:30pm/Monday-Friday *We offer pay for performance where associates can earn additional compensation if they meet certain productivity thresholds. * Join our Staples World Class Supply Chain Team and deliver essential products to our customers. What you’ll be doing: As a warehouse associate you may work in one of the following six areas: Warehouse Bulk/Material Handling Equipment Operator: You will be operating material handling equipment such as forklifts, cherry pickers, turrets, or electric pallet jacks to pick product up to 100 lbs and move product within the warehouse while adhering to safety procedures. Not all work will be completed on Material handling equipment. Warehouse Porter: You will be responsible for general cleaning and basic maintenance duties both inside and outside of the facility while adhering to safety procedures. You will be operating material handling equipment such as forklifts, cherry pickers, turrets, or electric pallet jacks to move product within the warehouse while adhering to safety procedures. Not all work will be completed on Material handling equipment. Warehouse Replenishment: You will be operating material handling equipment such as forklifts, cherry pickers, turrets, or electric pallet jacks to pick product up to 100 lbs and move product within the warehouse while adhering to safety procedures. Not all work will be completed on Material handling equipment. Warehouse Receiving/Putaway/Returns: You will confirm accuracy of product and work with colleagues to address discrepancies and damages. You will communicate effectively and professionally with internal and external contacts to clarify and resolve issues. You will be manually unloading trucks and palletizing products. You will be operating material handling equipment such as forklifts, cherry pickers, turrets, or electric pallet jacks to move product within the warehouse while adhering to safety procedures. Not all work will be completed on Material handling equipment. Warehouse Returns: You will be operating material handling equipment to move product within the warehouse. You will be matching item quantities and descriptions to packing slips on returned items, checking in returned product and tagging it appropriate. You will be operating material handling equipment such as forklifts, cherry pickers, turrets, or electric pallet jacks to move product within the warehouse while adhering to safety procedures. Not all work will be completed on Material handling equipment. Shipping: You’ll be responsible for organizing, stacking, and shrink-wrapping customer orders on pallets. You’ll be loading trucks manually; lifting, lowering, and carrying product in a fast-paced environment and stacking empty pallets while maintaining a safe and clean workspace as you go. Please note, as an SC2 associate you may be moved into any of the above roles, or SC1 roles, as needed. You will be essential to the success of Staples Supply Chain as we deliver to our customers. Ability to pass a drug screen to the extent permissible legally. Basic English language skills (both verbal and written communications). If you are hired as a Full-Time associate, you must have the ability to work additional hours beyond scheduled shift; additional overtime hours will be required based on business need. Ability to work at heights up to 60 feet or more as needed. An ability to lift, push or pull boxes/merchandise weighing between 70 pounds and 100 pounds by hand. Must wear safety composite shoes. Ability to walk and stand 100% of the time. You must be at least 18 years old. What’s needed- Preferred Qualifications: High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience. Prior experience operating warehouse equipment, such as forklift, pallet jack and cherry picker helpful.
