Job Summary Responsible for supporting the AI & Automation Platform team by assisting with application administration, performing tasks related to pilot projects, contributing to program rollout activities, collaborating with business partners, and partnering with other branches of the AI & Automation team. A primary focus of this role is proactive outreach and discovery with business units to identify, assess, and document opportunities for leveraging AI to streamline and enhance business processes. The role will also involve process engineering, project design, and direct engagement with stakeholders to understand operational needs and recommend automation solutions. Job Description MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES: Collaborate with business stakeholders to map workflows, assess automation potential, and document tasks suitable for automation. Support the development and execution of AI pilot and innovation projects. MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. Work Experience: At least 4 years of experience working in an IT setting but including business-facing work. Knowledge / Skills / Abilities: Time management skills such as prioritizing/organizing and tracking details and meeting deadlines of multiple projects with varying completion dates. Experience working with cross-functional teams and facilitating teams to identify and implement solutions to complex problems. Demonstrated ability to conduct outreach, facilitate discovery sessions, and document business requirements for process improvement. Ability to assess and initiate actions independently. Experience with project management. Experience and skills in influencing, leading and directing individuals in multiple functional areas. Strong written and spoken communication skills.
