Position Summary The IT Vendor Manager, Principal will play a pivotal role in PG&E’s Propel program, overseeing the lifecycle of multiple strategic 3rd party contracts. This role is responsible for ensuring that all parties adhere to the agreed terms, tracking key milestones, and managing renewals or amendments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring, analysis, compliance & reporting while working with other departments to ensure consistent compliance practices are followed. Advises senior leadership (internal and external) on contracting strategy and negotiations. Negotiates complex contract issues independently. Leads the effort to identify, analyze, improve existing business processes, or create new ones within the department to meet new goals and objectives. Works closely with key stakeholders to ensure alignment. Acts as a primary liaison for the contracts team to PG&E’s Legal Department and other compliance departments (i.e. Risk). Provides active guidance, support, mentorship and training to less experienced contract management staff. Develops and delivers contract management training to all stakeholders. Keeps track of program contracts and their associated obligations Analyzes contracts for potential compliance issues. Identifies and resolves discrepancies or non-compliance issues. Evaluates the effectiveness of compliance programs and procedures. Conducts audits and inspections to verify compliance. Communicates compliance requirements to all relevant stakeholders. Provides training and guidance on compliance procedures. Prepares reports on contract compliance activities and outcomes. Qualifications Minimum: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience 9 years of direct experience in a similar role with ability to navigate complex sourcing strategies and contract compliance for large scale digital transformations (e.g. managing system integrator services and software professional services) while managing sophisticated contracts to minimize value leakage. Desired: Master’s degree in related discipline Certification such as one of the following or related: Project Management Professional (PMP) Program Management Professional (PgMP) Lean six sigma certification, green or black belt Experience with quality assurance (QA) and quality control (QC) regarding contract documents. Description Chief, Section of Allergy & Immunology Job Summary Responsible for setting the strategy for the Pediatric Allergy & Immunology department. Oversee all clinical care, quality metrics, teaching, and research with responsibilities. Provides medical leadership, oversight of clinical, operational activities, and participates in planning operational and fiscal planning of the clinical specialty program. Leads the quality work of the clinical program, promotes professionalism, and a culture of accountability. Job Specific Duties Oversight of the Allergy & Immunology Department; maintains high patient experience scores. Lead or otherwise significantly contribute to care improvement initiatives and protocol/guideline development. Assist with the financial plan and related services, supporting the strategic goals for the division, and providing sufficient margin to enable reinvestment and continued advancement of clinical care, research, and training programs. Representation in hospital wide and departmental initiatives related to planning, securing extramural funding/donations, and committee participation such as safety and quality. Provides leadership for the development and quality of new and existing clinical programs that will enhance the depth and breadth of clinical services and align the department goals with NCHS. CET manages a $0.5B portfolio of transportation electrification (TE) programs to address one of the largest contributors to climate change. Position Summary The CET team is looking for a seasoned Program Manager to lead our Residential EV Charging program. The main goal of the program is to make it easier for income-qualified customers to charge their EVs at home through incentives for panel upgrades and circuit extensions. Additionally, the program aims to provide pathways for customers to install EV charging at their homes while avoiding the need for electrical upgrades. The program connects customers to a list of qualified Trade Allies and provides rebates directly to those partners to allow for a reduction in out-of-pocket costs for the customer upon installation. The successful candidate will also ensure that the key objectives of PG&E’s residential electrification customer experience are integrated into the design and execution of this program. Key Responsibilities: Oversee all aspects of the program development and implementation, including developing workflows, creating timelines, managing budgets, tracking metrics and progress toward program goals Engage and collaborate with key internal and external stakeholders Manage contracts to meet goals and stay on budget Handle regulatory compliance and reporting, including regulatory reporting to the California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC) or the California Air Resources Board (CARB) Make recommendations and develop processes to ensure a positive customer experience The ideal candidate has a strong background in program and project management within regulated environments (e.g. CPUC, CARB), excels at problem solving, and can communicate complex technical information effectively to diverse audiences. As this program focuses on overcoming barriers to EV adoption, the candidate should be eager to tackle undefined challenges, collaborate effectively, and apply curiosity and data driven methods to program development. Experience with transportation electrification, electric vehicles, EVSE installation and construction projects is highly preferred. This position is hybrid, working from your remote office and your assigned work location based on business need. The assigned work location will be within the PG&E Service Territory and will be agreed upon by the successful candidate and hiring leader. Preferred work location is Oakland, CA. PG&E is providing the full salary/pay range for this position. The actual amount paid to an individual will be based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, internal equity, specific skills, education, licenses or certifications, experience, market value, and geographic location. The range to reasonably expect will be between the minimum and the midpoint of the range. The final decision will be made on a case-by-case basis related to the factors above. The work of this department is critical in our efforts to find compliance challenges and identify areas of risk so that we can fix them. The main functions of this department are identifying areas of compliance risk and opportunities to mitigate those risks, including through incident reporting and investigations, overseeing Electric Operations and Power Generation Corrective Action Program (CAP), and validating the controls on the organization. Position Summary PG&E is seeking an experienced business professional to be a member of the Electric Compliance Assurance Team as an Incident Investigator. The Investigator will be responsible for investigating incidents or items of interest. The investigations could be of interest to the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC), or other areas of compliance risk to determine the cause and any corrective or preventive measures to mitigate reoccurrence. Tasks of this team may include some of the following, or similar tasks: Validating policy implications pertaining to FERC and Electric Delivery Partnering with Functional Area Compliance Teams on risk mitigation strategies impacting FERC compliance Investigating potential self-reports to FERC Office of Enforcement Developing Investigation Forms for FERC Compliance Prepare and respond to FERC data requests This role will have a high level of visibility with PG&E leadership and will support one or many aspects of Compliance Assurance’s scope.
