Strong understanding of how construction work is developed, pursued, estimated, negotiated, awarded, and successfully handed off to operations. 4. Demonstrated experience partnering closely with Estimating, Operations, and Executive Leadership to drive profitable growth. 5. Track record of winning and growing business in complex, competitive, relationship-driven markets. 6. Experience in Hawaiʻi, island markets, or other logistically complex construction environments is strongly preferred. 7. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and guide team members towards achieving company goals. 8.
