Develop and scale partnerships with VCs, accelerators, and founder communities to drive awareness and pipeline. Manage and develop a high‑performing team. Use data to measure performance, prioritize spend, and report on funnel and pipeline impact to leadership. Craft messaging and narratives that resonate with founders and early‑stage operators. What you will need 7 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in segment, audience, or growth marketing for startup or SMB audiences. A track record of owning integrated campaigns and demand generation tied to measurable pipeline. Strong analytical fluency – comfortable with funnel metrics, attribution, and marketing tooling.
