Overview: The Retail Leadership Team will oversee all operational and personnel aspects of their assigned locations. This individual will supervise Team Members and/or leads while maintaining a positive and enthusiastic working environment. Ensures proper staffing levels are maintained through proper scheduling and follow-up with the Managerial supervisors and Full-time staff. Carry out any disciplinary measures as necessary to ensure that the Retail team follows park policy and procedure each day. Responsible for making sure the staff has been properly trained on register procedures and policies. Will work with Loss Prevention when POS and theft-related issues arise. Other duties as assigned by the Retail Full-Time Supervisor and the Retail Manager. Responsible for tracking inventory transfers, damages, and other inventory information for Retail. Ensure POS procedures to ensure compliance by every staff member. Supervise training and daily performance of all employees within the assigned area, to ensure that Guest First Service and Safety policies are being followed at all times. Responsible for all aspects of the day-to-day operation of assigned retail locations to produce maximum revenues while keeping the cost within budgeted guidelines. Ensure compliance with all corporate and park policies and procedures. Protect and secure all assets, including equipment and Retail. Perform duties including park setup, visual display, and signage. Fully execute company Mantra for Friendly, Clean, Fast, Safe Service. Pay Rate: $14.00-$17.50/hr. Qualifications: MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Must be 17 years of age or older 1 to 2-year of park experience and retail background is a plus. High School Diploma or GED Strong analytical skills; ability to effectively identify issues and propose solutions Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to interact effectively with all levels of management. Ability to handle registered transactions. Previous experience in supervising a team. Must be highly organized and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays when needed. Valid Georgia Driver’s License. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Must be able to walk and stand for up to 6-8 hours at a time. Applicants must be capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds, and able to operate a motor vehicle.

Water Quality Technician - up to $18/hr.

Overview: This position is responsible for assisting with the safe maintenance of water park rides and maintaining water quality systems at Six Flags Over Georgia. Hotel and Campground Maintenance -starting at $16.00

Overview: Ensure guest satisfaction through a properly maintained hotel and campground. Respond promptly and efficiently to guest complaints and concerns. Ensure compliance with all fire and safety rules, regulations and policies. Responsibilities: KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Maintain, repair and troubleshoot all manageable mechanical, operational and equipment needs. Oversee all Electrical, Plumbing, Carpentry, HVAC, and Mechanical for Hotel and Campground. General up keep of areas around hotel including pool deck, parking lot, etc. Possess a good mechanical knowledge of how to safely operate and maintain all tools. Respond to and complete all work orders in a timely manner, closing out as completed. Maintain and fully understand VING Card System. Maintain a preventative maintenance schedule and proper inventory levels. Perform daily Building/Room Audits. Check all exterior lighting, public area lighting, and signage daily. Maintain the overall appearance of the hotel’s public space, pool, hallways, and parking lot to provide a safe environment. Qualifications: QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS: Preferred minimum of 1 year maintenance/engineering experience in a hotel or related field. Ability to work safely and confidently.
