Contracting Coordinator (Hiring Immediately)

Position Overview: The Contracting Coordinator will provide technical administrative support for all network development and contracting activities. The primary focus of the position will be preparing contracts/amendments/notices for execution and submission to internal parties; maintaining Provider Contract database; assisting with monthly reporting of Provider Contracting Department; and assisting with special projects as needed. Scope of Role & Responsibilities On daily basis - in Salesforce/ CLM - review cases assigned and new leads submitted to Provider Contracting group and assess/respond and/or assign to CAs per department’s policies and procedures. On daily basis, reconcile lead status and open credentialing cases between CACTUS and Salesforce to ensure that processing of new provider leads are as timely as possible. On weekly basis, generate report from Out of Network (OON) Auth Grid to identify SCAs managed/handled by OON Negotiation team by services/providers and status. On daily basis, review the weekly Pending Contracts and OON Auth reports to ensure updates are maintained and entered consistently; reconcile any reporting errors and make updates in Credentialing system or OON Auth Grid as needed. Assist with the generation of monthly Provider Network reports as well as ad hoc reports as needed/requested. Assist with maintenance of all databases utilized by the contracting department. On daily basis, provide the Director of Contracting of volume in email inboxes for Provider Terminations/SCA/OON Provider/ and Contracting Updates and assist with management of inboxes. Assist OON negotiators with tracking requests for signature to CMO, CFO and OON Providers. Working with Contract Administrators and OON Negotiators – prepare contract or LOA/SCA load forms for their submission along with contract supporting documentation (relevant contract pages, SCAs and W-9 form) to responsible internal parties for contract set up in Core System. Position Overview Provide rate analysis support to the management team of Provider Contracting responding to requests for rate changes by contracted and new recruitments to the MetroPlusHealth provider network. In addition to providing technical administrative support for key network development/ outreach and contracting activities; this position will also participate in contract negotiations. Scope of Role & Responsibilities Manage numerous projects assigned to Provider Contracting team with respect to Regulatory/ Compliance issues/ changes as well as projects for right sizing the provider network and recruitment of new provider entities. Net Loft Shop Superintendent

Position Summary The position of Net Loft Shop Superintendent is responsible for overseeing all daily operations at the Net Loft fabrication shop and yard and to ensure each project is completed safely, according to spec, on schedule and within budget. This is a supervisory position that will report directly to the Senior Director of Operations. Duties include hiring technicians and trade professionals to perform specific tasks. The Shop Superintendent shall be responsible for training, coaching, and mentoring assigned staff on a case-by-case basis. The position of Net Loft Shop Superintendent is responsible for ensuring employees and visitors comply with the safety measures and best practice identified in the PNP Safety Health and Environmental Plan. Essential Duties Represent PNP and crew as an effective, strong, upbeat, consistent, and compassionate leader to internal and external stakeholders Read and interpret plan and fabrication drawings and orders to ensure the crew select the correct materials, tools and equipment needed to complete work Ensure labor hours and materials are entered into production order in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) database (i.e., SAP) Participate in estimating (i.e., man hours and materials) for all net loft related projects Participate in peer review of Bill of Materials and plan drawings throughout the design phase (i.e., 30%, 60%, 90% and RFF) Work collaboratively with the Estimating and Installation Engineer on resolving design, fabrication, and other associated challenges in a timely and cost-effective manner Participate and openly endorse PNP's Safety and JHA programs Directly in charge of net loft safety oversight.
