Respond to emergency situations and equipment failures to minimize downtime and production impact. Conduct system inspections and audits to identify risks and improvement opportunities. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in HVAC, Mechanical Engineering, or related field preferred. 5–8 years of HVAC experience, with at least 2–3 years in a supervisory or lead role. Experience in a chemical manufacturing, industrial, or regulated environment strongly preferred. Knowledge of industrial HVAC systems, building automation systems, and process ventilation.
