This role ensures that all HVAC systems operate efficiently, safely, and in compliance with regulatory standards to support critical production processes, environmental controls, and workplace safety. Key Responsibilities Supervise daily HVAC maintenance activities, including preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance. Respond to emergency situations and equipment failures to minimize downtime and production impact. Conduct system inspections and audits to identify risks and improvement opportunities. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in HVAC, Mechanical Engineering, or related field preferred. 5–8 years of HVAC experience, with at least 2–3 years in a supervisory or lead role. Experience in a chemical manufacturing, industrial, or regulated environment strongly preferred. Knowledge of industrial HVAC systems, building automation systems, and process ventilation.
