Job Details About the Role We are seeking a highly technical and strategic Director of Identity & Access Management Engineering to lead and evolve a complex enterprise IAM program within a large-scale, highly matrixed organization. This role is ideal for a seasoned IAM leader with deep architecture and engineering expertise who can operate comfortably at both the executive and technical levels. The right individual will have the ability to communicate effectively with C-suite leadership while also remaining highly hands-on within the environment, guiding technical direction, mentoring engineers, and driving execution across critical identity initiatives. You will lead a growing IAM organization responsible for identity governance, authentication, cloud identity, privileged access, non-human identity governance, and enterprise identity modernization initiatives. This is not a purely managerial role.
