Responsibilities Strategy Develop and execute strategies to ensure timely achievement of desired financial outcomes for Parkland Health Foundation. Work collaboratively with Parkland Health Foundation leadership and key stakeholders to gain insight and drive execution of strategies to maintain financial and operational control of the organization. Responsible for Parkland Health Foundations long-range forecast modeling and processes. Operations Develop a comprehensive financial program that accurately presents the financial position of the health plan in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP). Oversee all financial related activities for business unit including developing and monitoring progress against annual budget and operating plan. Maintains appropriate internal control structure to ensure assets are properly protected and operations are conducted in accordance with local, state, and federal statutory requirements. Review monthly performance and financial results Parkland Health Foundation and provide recommendations to senior management. Leads the annual budget process for Parkland Health Foundation working in collaboration with senior management and Parkland Health financial planning/analysis to develop the annual budget as well as short and long-term financial goals. Accounting and Reporting Provide leadership oversight of all financial reporting ensuring the integrity and accuracy of financial data, as well as compliance with federal, state, local, regulations, policies, and/or procedures. Responsible for financial analysis, identification of month-end financial drivers and forecasting. Prepare monthly financial statements and variance narratives including the supporting variance analysis and summary narrative for Parkland Health Foundation, Parkland Health leadership, and the Board. Coordinate treasury, banking functions, and reporting with Parkland Healths Accounting and Treasury Departments. Review general ledger transactions and journal entries for accuracy and compliance with Financial Accounting Standards Board (FASB) and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). Act as a lead for Parkland Health Foundations annual audits performed by an external agency, as well as other audits performed by Parkland Healths internal audit staff. Oversee the preparation and filing of all statutory financial statements, including Parkland Health Foundations annual 990 tax filing. Reviews quarterly and annual statements for accuracy and ensures timely reporting. Fiscal Management Operationally responsible for the financial performance of assigned area(s). MRI Technologist

Location: Main Hospital Bldg - 2nd Floor Primary Purpose This position is accountable for performing quality Magnetic Resonance Imaging through the application of advanced technical knowledge while adhering to the standards set by Parkland Health and appropriate regulatory agencies. Friday 07:00 to 19:30 Sunday 19:00 to 07:30 Monday 19:00 to 07:30 Night time shift differentials will apply. Minimum Education Graduate of an accredited Radiology and/or MRI Program. Experience Must have 6 months clinical experience in Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI). If not currently licensed with American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) with a certification in MRI (MR); you must have taken courses in MRI: physics, cross sectional anatomy, and clinical experience. Must have current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) with certification in MRI (MR) within 6 months of hire. If not ARRT (MR) certified, must possess American Registry of MRI Technologists (ARMRIT) upon hire and obtain ARRT(MR) within 6 months of hire. Interviews patient (two patient identifier), conducts patient screening and obtains medical history pertaining to procedures clinical criteria. Assists the physician as needed in performing procedures. Ensures that images and records are properly completed with patient identification data and appropriate labeling. 3. Completes exam charges and image documentation in a timely manner. Administers contrast material in the correct dosage, route and observes patients for adverse reactions. 4. Performs post processing on MRI systems and remote workstations. May include but not limited to, 3-D rendering, and calculation of T1 and T2 values. Breast Center's hours are M-F, 7 a to 4 p or similar. Education Graduate from an accredited sonography program Experience For sonographers working in Ultrasound or Mammography, no experience is required; one year of experience in specialty is preferred. Equivalent Education and/or Experience Education completed in Sonography with current credential from the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS) or the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists - Sonography (ARRT(S)) and hospital sonography experience. Certification/Registration/Licensure Sonographers working in Mammography (70550) must be registered by the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or have American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT). Responsibilities Strategy Develop and execute strategies to ensure timely achievement of desired financial outcomes for Parkland Health Foundation. Responsible for Parkland Health Foundations long-range forecast modeling and processes. Operations Develop a comprehensive financial program that accurately presents the financial position of the health plan in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP). Oversee all financial related activities for business unit including developing and monitoring progress against annual budget and operating plan. Maintains appropriate internal control structure to ensure assets are properly protected and operations are conducted in accordance with local, state, and federal statutory requirements. Review monthly performance and financial results Parkland Health Foundation and provide recommendations to senior management. Leads the annual budget process for Parkland Health Foundation working in collaboration with senior management and Parkland Health financial planning/analysis to develop the annual budget as well as short and long-term financial goals. Accounting and Reporting Provide leadership oversight of all financial reporting ensuring the integrity and accuracy of financial data, as well as compliance with federal, state, local, regulations, policies, and/or procedures. Responsible for financial analysis, identification of month-end financial drivers and forecasting. Prepare monthly financial statements and variance narratives including the supporting variance analysis and summary narrative for Parkland Health Foundation, Parkland Health leadership, and the Board. Coordinate treasury, banking functions, and reporting with Parkland Healths Accounting and Treasury Departments.
