What You'll Do Perform building, mechanical, and preventive maintenance to support employee and laboratory environments Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, electrical, refrigeration, and facility systems Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal partners Prioritize work using PM systems and work orders; ensure timely, code compliant completion Order materials and maintain accurate documentation in the CMMS Participate in on call rotation as needed What You Bring High school diploma or GED 2 years of maintenance or skilled trade experience Strong troubleshooting skills in HVAC, electrical, and building systems Knowledge of 110/220V, single phase, and 3 phase systems Basic computer proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) Ability to work independently and as part of a team Valid U.S. driver's license Ability to lift to 50 lbs Willingness to work weekday day shift with on call rotation Preferred Qualifications Experience with boiler or hydronic systems or Journeyman Plumber License Knowledge of pneumatic systems, electrical controls, BAS, or CMMS Benefits - How We'll Support You: Numerous development opportunities offered to build your skills Be part of a company with a higher purpose and contribute to making the world a better place Health benefits for you and your family on your first day of employment Four weeks of paid time off and two weeks of well-being pay per year, plus paid holidays Excellent parental leave which includes a minimum of 16 weeks for mother and father Future planning with our competitive retirement savings plan and tuition reimbursement program Learn more about our total rewards package here - Corteva Benefits Check out life at Corteva!
