Manager Git source code control repository (System Documentation, access control to source codes etc.) Organize and lead wholistic Data Mining with cross-functional, multi-disciplined team members to protect BCA airplane production with regards to environmental regulation compliance and material technical obsolescence. Perform risk analysis and project planning; Lead and integrate project teams to develop strategy, plans and implementation activities. Own the interface between enterprise data (Engineering, Product Standards, Supply Chain, IT, EHS, Regulatory, PD etc) and the CMRM tooling ecosystem and maintain repository links, data and artifacts. Engage with cross-functional organizations to define plan, identify responsibilities, and manage plan execution to meet engineering, quality, and schedule requirements. Develop and support industry data reporting (Substances of Concerns in Products (SCIP) including SAP integration, Substances of Very High Concern (SVHC), Supplier and 3rd Party Chemical/Material/Regulatory data collection etc). Provide technical, business and integration leadership for the development and execution of the project plan. Communicate plans and status to Boeing leadership. Study, evaluate, and solve problems where chemicals & materials are needed to support current production. Identify, define and execute process improvements along with the team. Chemical Regulation Advocacy, Assessment and Compliance support - Respond to technical data collection requirements, provide technical inputs (current and new regulations), Represent Boeing at all EMIT consortia meetings and act as the interface within various teams and CMRM.
