The anticipated compensation for this role includes a first year guarantee of $100,000 with the potential to earn more. This position includes a $75,000 minimum base salary and is eligible for 100% commission/Spiffs. This role is bonus-eligible. As an Accounting Manager, you will be responsible for establishing and enforcing proper accounting methods, policies, and principles. You will also be tasked with developing and maintaining financial reports to ensure the company's financial health. Responsibilities: Oversee and manage the general accounting functions, including, but not limited to accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and taxes. Collaborate with financial team and other business partners to prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual reports. Review and improve accounting and financial procedures and policies to promote efficiency, transparency, and compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. Coordinate and execute the financial planning and budget process. Work closely with internal and external auditors during financial and operational audits. Collaborate with the sales team to align sales and finance and identify opportunities for improvement and efficiencies. Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and year-end close process. Implement and monitor the ERP system to ensure it is used to its fullest capabilities. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CPA or CMA designation is preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role. Proven experience in managing an ERP system. Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
