Job Details My client's law firm is seeking an experienced litigator with at least 5 years of experience for a Staff Attorney position in its Century City or Los Angeles office. The Staff Attorney will primarily assist with litigating and settling consumer financial services litigation matters on behalf of financial institutions, under the supervision of Partners in Consumer Litigation practice group. Database Systems Analyst (iManage)

A law firm is looking for a Database Systems Analyst (iManage) to join their team in Boston, New York, or Washington, DC. Compensation: $110-115k Working with the Database Systems team within the Information Technology Department, and collaborating closely with the DMS Administrator, this role focuses on support of the Firm's iManage Cloud suite of applications, including Work (Document Management System/DMS), Security Policy Manager (SPM), Threat Manager, Tracker, Records Manager (iRM), and Closing Folders. The right candidate requires an excellent background in iManage technology and system integrations using APIs. The Database Systems Analyst will provide escalated (2nd level) support for iManage applications as well as carry out focused project work for both business change and service improvement. Where there is capacity beyond business-as-usual and project work, the DSA will identify opportunities for improving and automating processes as well as providing additional support to the Database Systems team and its responsibilities. Responsibilities: Perform administrative functions and monitoring automated maintenance jobs for all iManage applications. Provide support for escalated iManage application issues. Take ownership of escalated issues and see them through to resolution. The Construction Administration Specialist is responsible for setting up construction loan budgets post-closing and process Commercial and Residential construction loan draw requests and repayments, ensuring all requirements are in place and in compliance with policies and procedures while delivering optimum customer service. Review and issue estoppel information for individual units in each project ensuring compliance with approved terms and conditions. Maintain monthly logs for disbursement and payments. Assemble and file draw/repayment/interest documentation in the construction files electronically, as applicable. Interaction with external and internal contacts (borrowers, investor banks, engineer inspectors, title companies, attorneys, operation staff, etc.) Monitor insurance for construction projects and flood insurance, including force placements, for land loans, as applicable. Stay abreast of changes to federal regulations that might directly affect the flood regulations. Back up other team members during vacation and sickness. Maintain an interactive relationship with lending officers and portfolio managers to enable proper monitoring of their respective portfolios. Participate in special projects as needed. Customer Service Representative

What You'll Be Doing The Customer Relationship Center (CRC) Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing timely and professional customer service in response to inquiries and concerns by using available resources. During a Typical Day, You'll Promptly process and answer, and/or resolve customer inquiries and concerns, determining the appropriate actions based upon job aids, research, and existing desktop solution tools, and taking the appropriate action with utmost priority and speed, to ensure service level metrics are achieved. Communicate professional, grammatically correct verbal responses to customer inquiries and concerns; educate the customer on client products and services. Place outbound calls to customers and dealers (when necessary) to understand the needs of the customer and respond to customer inquiries and concerns. Actively listen to the consumer providing answers, while controlling the call to lead the consumer in an efficient, professional manner. Act as a liaison between customers and dealerships, providing excellent service to both by following up and being organized and knowledgeable. Master desktop applications, such as the client CRM, Intranet, Company Search engine, Warranty, and Policy Manuals, etc. Ensure that all customer contacts are properly documented in the client's CRM, to allow for an accurate historical view of customers' contacts with the CRC; Manage follow-up Log and audit documentation of customer files. Communicate the resolution of inquiries to customers via outbound calls, based on defined inbound procedures, and customer issues. Handle difficult customer issues and avoid escalation whenever possible, positively and professionally. Liaise with various CRC departments, i.e., Research, etc. Attend team meetings, pep sessions, focus groups, and training sessions as scheduled. Work on activities and/or projects as requested by the Team Leader. Identify and relay to the Team Leader areas for improvement within the inquiry and concern resolution processes. Relay customer service problems to the Team Leader when necessary. Support the operation through business processes and practices designed to support employee retention, productivity, profitability, and consumer satisfaction. Suggest marketing offers to customers during service calls. Customer inquiries may include, but are not limited to, questions/concerns around the following: in-vehicle technology system use and troubleshooting, vehicle concerns inside and outside of warranty, mobile phone application support and troubleshooting, brand inquiries, vehicle specification inquiries, owner account inquiries, and basic vehicle feature utilization inquiries and concerns.
