Technical Clinical Laboratory Coordinator – Point of Care (Evenings, Full-Time) Helena, MT Position Overview: The Technical Clinical Laboratory Coordinator – Point of Care provides operational leadership for Point of Care Testing (POCT) and Laboratory Informatics during evening shifts. This role partners closely with laboratory leadership, nursing, medical staff, and vendors to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient POCT operations while supporting quality initiatives, staff training, and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day POCT and laboratory informatics operations Collaborate with laboratory, nursing, and medical staff to support safe, efficient patient care Ensure compliance with Joint Commission, CMS, and state/federal regulations Support CQI/QA initiatives, process improvement, and departmental projects Coordinate POCT inventory, equipment maintenance, calibration, and vendor relationships Lead and support staff training, competency assessments, and onboarding Serve as a subject matter expert and departmental liaison across clinical teams Participate in budgeting, strategic planning, and departmental meetings Provide on-call coverage as needed for critical patient care needs Qualifications: Licensed Clinical Laboratory Scientist in the State of Montana (required) Minimum 5 years of experience as a generalist CLS in a hospital setting Experience with POCT, laboratory informatics, and regulatory compliance Meditech, CPOE, and LEAN experience preferred Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills Skills: Ability to multitask and perform under high-volume conditions Strong communication and collaboration skills Detail-oriented with advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities Demonstrated leadership, training, and mentoring capabilities Professional, flexible, and patient-focused approach PandoLogic. Seasonal Maintenance Garage Mechanic

Overview: $21.70/hr The Garage Mechanic is responsible for maintaining company vehicle fleet, and equipment in a safe and reliable condition as directed. They will also respond to guest service calls in a professional and courteous manner and is responsible for various equipment repairs as directed by Foreman. Responsibilities: Perform routine maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs on company vehicles or equipment. Operating tow truck for service calls and knowledge and skill to tow vehicles safely. Operating service truck in response to guest issues including vehicle lock outs, flat tires, out of gas, etc. Providing exceptional guest service according to Cedar Point standards when serving the guest, including initiating guest interactions, answering questions, or giving directions. Able to perform related automotive and light truck service work as directed. Willing to work any shift or days assigned. Adequate tool selection to perform basic repairs and service work. Knowledge to operate 4 or 8 ton wreckers and ability to tow vehicles safely. Follow all company safety rules and policies, make sure equipment is properly secured before maintenance work is performed. Qualifications: Must have driver's license. High school Graduate or GED.
