Role Summary The Accounts Receivable Associate supports healthcare revenue cycle operations by managing insurance A/R follow‑up, with a focus on No‑Fault and Workers’ Compensation claims. This role is ideal for an experienced AR professional seeking long‑term stability, consistent volume, and growth within a large healthcare platform. What You’ll Do Manage insurance A/R follow‑up for No‑Fault and Workers’ Comp claims across multiple providers Review EOBs, resolve denials and underpayments, and submit corrected claims and appeals Research claim status using payer portals and document all follow‑up activity Identify denial trends and escalate systemic issues appropriately Collaborate with billing and revenue cycle teams to support reimbursement goals What You’ll Need 2 years of medical accounts receivable and denial management experience Experience with No‑Fault and Workers’ Compensation required Working knowledge of ICD‑10, CPT, payer rules, and managed care regulations Strong computer skills; Athena or similar system experience a plus Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple work queues Interested in hearing more?
