Competitive hourly pay with overtime opportunities Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off and paid holidays Life and disability insurance Tuition assistance or training reimbursement Safety-focused, well-maintained facility Job Details Key Responsibilities Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production, packaging, and facility equipment Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems Diagnose equipment failures and implement effective, long-term solutions Support continuous improvement efforts to improve uptime, safety, and efficiency Complete work orders and PMs using a CMMS Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and rebuilds Maintain compliance with safety standards, lockout/tagout procedures, and GMP practices where applicable Collaborate with production, engineering, and leadership teams to support operational goals Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities and repairs Qualifications 3 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing, packaging, or industrial environment Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills; electrical knowledge highly preferred Experience with motors, drives, conveyors, pumps, gearboxes, and automated equipment Ability to read electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and manuals Familiarity with PLC troubleshooting (inputs/outputs) is a plus Welding, fabrication, or machining experience is a plus Comfortable working in a production environment with rotating shifts or overtime as needed Preferred Skills Preventive maintenance program experience CMMS experience Continuous improvement or Lean exposure Forklift or lift equipment certification Interested in hearing more?
