Effectively communicate and present the critical financial matters to the company's management team. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required. Master’s degree or CPA certification is a plus. 2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior-level finance or accounting position. 3. Knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles including Generally Accepted Accounting Principles. 4. Knowledge of automated financial and accounting reporting systems. 5. Knowledge of federal and state financial regulations. 6. Ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports, statements, and projections. 7. Ability to motivate teams to produce quality materials within tight timeframes and simultaneously manage several projects. 8. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 9.
