Summer Pre-College Assistant Resident Director

Summer Pre-College Assistant Resident Director The Skidmore Summer Pre-College Program offers academically advanced high school students from across the U.S. the opportunity to enroll in undergraduate courses for credit, primarily as residential students. The Assistant Resident Director (Assistant RD) supports the Resident Director (RD) in the day-to-day management of the residential experience and contributes to student supervision, staff support, and community development. Working closely with the RD, the Assistant RD helps ensure student safety, policy implementation, and smooth residence hall operations within a program serving predominantly minors. The Assistant RD lives on campus and helps supervise a team of Resident Assistants (RAs), providing operational and relational support while gaining advanced residential leadership experience.
