Position Summary The Associate Administrator serves as a key executive partner to the Chief Executive Officer and plays a critical leadership role in hospital operations. This individual collaborates closely with physicians, nursing leadership, and department directors to ensure exceptional patient care delivery, efficient resource utilization, and optimal patient throughput. This role also leads strategic growth initiatives, including physician partnerships, service line development, and community engagement efforts, while championing a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities - Partner with the CEO and executive leadership to drive hospital strategy, operations, and performance outcomes - Lead multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality, safe, and efficient patient care delivery - Optimize hospital throughput, staffing models, and resource utilization - Champion process improvement initiatives across departments and service lines - Support and grow physician relationships and community partnerships - Identify and execute growth opportunities aligned with organizational priorities - Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement - Coordinate cross-functional initiatives that enhance operational effectiveness across the hospital What We're Looking For We are seeking a proven hospital leader with a strong foundation in acute care operations and a track record of progressive leadership growth.
