Job Description Job Description Growing electrical company seeking a motivated licensed Electrician to join our team. Must be experienced in all aspects of residential electrical work, be comfortable managing a jobsite, and have a positive attitude. We work throughout Boston, the North Shore, and parts of New Hampshire. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, a strong work ethic, be comfortable training apprentices, and interacting with clients. There is also opportunity to work and learn outside of electrical duties, as the company does general contracting and mini split installations. There will be overtime hours available at times as well. We value quality, integrity, and maintaining lasting relationships. Ability to manage job sites effectively. Oversight and training of electrical apprentices. Comfortability with installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems on construction sites and in residential homes. Use hand tools and power tools to perform tasks such as wiring, conduit bending, and component installation. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute electrical layouts. Measure electrical components using tools like ohmmeters and multimeters to ensure proper functionality. Support the installation of low voltage systems, including alarms, data wiring, and communication lines. Follow NEC (National Electrical Code) standards and safety protocols during all work activities. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety guidelines at all times. Qualifications Journeyman Electrical License. Prior experience or background in residential electrical work is required. Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and construction site safety practices. Comprehensive understanding of electrical concepts such as low voltage, high voltage, schematics, and NEC standards. Ability to read blueprints and technical schematics accurately. Strong interest in building a lasting career within our company. Physical ability to perform manual labor including lifting heavy materials and working at heights or in confined spaces. Valid driver’s license.
