Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program. Current certification as a Physician Assistant. Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Physician Assistant, with a focus on surgical nocturnist or critical care preferred. Demonstrated ability to work independently and make critical decisions under pressure. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with a diverse team of healthcare professionals. Strong commitment to patient care, with a passion for providing high-quality, individualized care to each patient. Current BLS and ACLS certification. Ability to work night shifts, with flexibility to work additional hours as needed. Must have a strong understanding of medical procedures, terminology, and health care administration ethics.
