Childhood Cancer Society (CCS) is a national 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to supporting families battling pediatric cancer both financially and emotionally. Through fundraising events, wish-grant experiences, and strategic partnerships, CCS delivers meaningful, life-changing moments to children and families when they need it most, led by our official spokes-bear, Adventure Ted. We are currently preparing for two major initiatives: A high-level charity golf outing at Trump National Golf Club An annual fundraising dinner event with the Mayor of Saddle River, NJ Role Overview We are assembling a select group of individuals to join the Adventure Ted Partnerships & Events Council, a performance-driven team responsible for driving outreach, partnerships, and community engagement tied to CCS’s flagship events. Members of this council will work directly with the Founder and Chief Media Officer, contributing to real-time outreach efforts, sponsor development, and event execution. This is not a traditional internship. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role centered on ownership, communication, and results. The analyst will own recurring financial conversations with MSOs — including monthly or quarterly reviews that break down spend, highlight forecasts, and surface optimization opportunities — and will be a trusted, customer-facing voice for the FinOps team. Using Kion as the team's primary FinOps platform, the analyst will build and maintain dashboards and forecasting models, develop savings plan and reserved instance recommendations, and support budget variance analysis. The analyst will also help lead development of team documentation and processes. Success in this role requires strong FinOps fundamentals, a solid understanding of cloud spend drivers, and the ability to communicate financial insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders in a DoD/federal environment. Project Scheduler

Summary The Project Scheduler plays a vital role at B&D, collaborating closely with the Preconstruction Team and Project Management staff to ensure the effective use of construction schedules. Their primary responsibilities include identifying critical path activities within schedules, developing and updating project timelines, and communicating how tasks are impacted by predecessors and successors from different activities or trades. By closely monitoring progress, this role allows us to gauge whether we are on track, identify any delays, and determine the underlying causes. Moreover, the Scheduler oversees and reports analytical field installation data to the Project Management staff. Working together, they analyze job trends and utilize the information to project, forecast, and plan field crew sizes and timelines, ultimately ensuring that projects are completed within the scheduled timeframe and budget. Other key responsibilities of this role include gathering data, creating timetables and milestones for projects, defining the sequence of work, and identifying potential scheduling delays. As such, the ideal candidate should possess a solid understanding of the electrical construction industry, particularly with experience in large data centers, mission-critical, semiconductor, and government sector projects. Demonstrated competence in schedule building, planning, and managing sizable, multi-phase, and multi-year projects is essential for success in this position. In addition to technical expertise, the Scheduler must have exceptional organizational, time-management, influence, and communication skills. These skills are crucial for effective collaboration with various teams and stakeholders involved in the projects.
