Closely observes colors and shadings indicated on guides and ensures that the proper shades are selected to reproduce exact blend and shades of color indicated. Utilizes both hands with equal skill to provide for same stitching on top as on reverse side, and works from top to bottom, guiding needle in underside of material with fingers. Appliques separate lettering and cut pieces and arranges them on the proper side of the flags in order to produce the same design and lettering on both sides. Responsible for producing custom designed military flags and certificates utilizing intricate hand embroidery. Qualification Summary Applicants will be rated in accordance with the Office of Personnel Management Qualification Standard for Trades and Labor Occupations. Although a specific length of time and experience is not required, you must meet any screen-out element listed, and show through experience and training that you possess the quality level of knowledge and skill necessary to perform the duties at the level for which you are applying.
