Job Summary: We are looking for an on-call Mental Health Counselor for the Santa Cruz Downtown Outreach Worker program. Wages are $24.00 -$26.0 per hour, depending on experience, plus $1.00/hour differential for bilingual Spanish competence. Reporting to the DOW Program Manager, the Downtown Outreach Worker will provide services to people in the downtown corridor experiencing homelessness, including those experiencing co-occurring psychiatric illness and substance use disorders. Job Purpose The IT Specialist is a member of our IT Service Desk working in our Sioux Falls office and will be responsible for providing remote and on-site support of client's computers, servers, and network infrastructure. The IT Specialist will work to support and assist our clients' users and various IT systems and devices. As a member of our Service Desk team, they will provide a high-level of customer service in their daily interactions with customers through verbal, written, and in-person communication. They will respond to any and all inbound client service requests in a timely and professional manner.
