LV Buy Back Program serves low-income families currently living in recreational vehicles (RVs) in San Francisco. The program is designed to rapidly transition families experiencing vehicular homelessness into permanent housing and prevent at-risk families from becoming homeless. Salary: $ 32.89-$33.89 Location: Onsite 5 days a week Position Summary The LV Outreach Case Manager III plays a vital role in engaging individuals and families experiencing vehicular homelessness. This position provides street-based outreach, engagement, and case management support to residents living in large vehicles (RVs, motorhomes, trailers). Outreach Workers connect participants with resources, assist with Large Vehicle Refuge Permits and Buyback Programs, and support pathways to housing stability. The role requires a strong commitment to harm reduction, trauma-informed care, and cultural humility in all client interactions. Conduct regular street-based outreach to individuals and families living in large vehicles. Build trust and maintain consistent relationships to support assessments and program enrollment. Distribute educational materials about City parking restrictions, program services, and Good Neighbor policies. Escort clients to and from the Relaxation Room Inform reception of in-service alterations (e.g. service additions or upgrades, additional time, etc.) Cleanliness Maintain cleanliness standards for all equipment, tools, furnishings, and massage rooms Restock and maintain supplies in massage rooms during each shift in order to have all needed supplies/tools at hand to perform each service at all times Follow and perform all sterilization routines Assist in maintaining the cleanliness of the Relaxation Room and prep rooms Revenue Generation Recommend massage and body treatment add-ons and services for each client, explaining the purpose and benefit of each service and product Develop and suggest new massage and body treatment services and programs; promote spa programs and services with the goal of enhancing member participation Communication and Relationships Deliver exceptional service experience to members, guests, and Associates with a goal of retaining clients for repeat business Keep reception staff informed of your whereabouts during your shift should you leave the spa Communicate timely and follow up, as appropriate Active participation in required events, required programs, required meetings and required trainings OTHER JOB FUNCTIONS Flexibility in work schedule, as job may require day and evening shifts, weekends and holidays Maintain cleanliness of Relaxation Room and stock level of items Assisting with Laundry duties MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each primary job function satisfactorily.
