Store Lead/Sales Representative- Hiawatha, KS
Store Lead/Salesperson We're looking for a store lead to oversee daily operations in Hiawatha Kansas, and ensure it runs smoothly and effectively. You'll be responsible for fulfilling sales goals and upholding the operational and organizational standards of the store. Additionally, you will recruit, hire, and train new staff, and take on other administrative tasks as needed. The right candidate will be an excellent communicator and demonstrate impeccable leadership skills. Objectives of this role Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction Work with the team to Manage employment of personnel at a store location Maintain relationship with customers. Maintain facilities and equipmen Oversee sales team recruitment and shape and facilitate training processes Create a clean and safe store environment that complies with health and safety regulations and company standards Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner Set a strong, professional example for mid-level managers and store associates to follow Responsibilities Source, hire, train, and oversee new staff, leading by example and ensuring efficiency in the training process Conduct annual personnel performance appraisals, providing clear and actionable feedback and delivering constructive criticism to help staff improve Engage with customers, demonstrate equipment, negotiate sales, manage CRM, paperwork, financing, after sales follow-up, inventory management Prepare detailed reports on buying trends, customer needs, and profit margins, and present these reports to company leadership Undertake financial-planning tasks, including managing the store budget Arrange promotional material and in-store displays Skills and qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills Outstanding customer service skills Powerful leadership skills and an empathetic approach to management, with the ability to make important decisions Excellent problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to work well under pressure Superb organizational and time management skills An eye for creativity and the ability to strategize visually appealing store displays Preferred qualifications Experience working in a retail environment, preferably in a managerial position Farm equipment experience necessary In-depth knowledge of financial planning and office management Working knowledge of business development best practices Entrepreneurial mindset
