We have 4 state-of-the-art robots at Mercy. We offer comprehensive training to include all service lines. Our training for nurses includes orientation to both the circulating and scrub roles at Mercy. Residency program is 5 months with one month mentorship. After residency, RN moves into a mentorship which is specialty training for their new service line.
