This hybrid position offers the flexibility of working both remotely and in-office. The ideal candidate will be barred in California and have at least two years of experience handling medical malpractice cases or similar litigation. Key Responsibilities: Handle medical malpractice cases from inception to resolution, including client interviews, legal research, drafting pleadings, and attending hearings.
