Physician needed for Outpatient position in Northern VA

The position is for a physician to work in the Northern Virginia area between Fairfax and Fairfax Station in an hourly position and a low stress environment. We offer great benefits including fully covered Malpractice insurance, Medical/Dental Insurance with low premiums, Vacation, and a 401k plan that matches. The salary is competitive and there are no after hour necessities (no on-call or hospital rounds). We are a walk in only clinic with no appointments and the physician will see (on average) 2-3 patients per hour. Sometimes 4-5 patients will walk within an hour and other times it could be none per hour, depending on the day of the week and time of the year. The physician is paid either way. The shifts range from 6 hours to 14 hours. The schedule is very flexible and we always take the physicians preferred days to work in consideration when making the schedule, which usually happens 15-30 days prior to the next month. All the staff, fellow physicians, management, and owners are very professional and courteous to every employee and patient. Patient satisfaction is our number one priority, but we do not hinder the physicians practice of medicine in any way. The administrative work is completed by management and the staff so the physician can focus on treating patients only and will have no need to get involved with monetary issues and/or patient complaints in relation to the office policies.
