You will collaborate closely with primary care providers, medical oncologists, radiation oncologists, advanced practice providers, nursing teams, and surgical staff to deliver coordinated, patient-centered care. As a key member of the surgical team, you will help expand access to advanced robotic surgery throughout Southwest Colorado while building strong relationships with referring providers and the communities you serve. To be successful in this role, you will be a skilled, board-certified, and compassionate Urologist with fellowship training or significant experience in robotic-assisted surgery. You will support organizational goals through clinical excellence, physician collaboration, exceptional patient experience, and community engagement. Utilizing advanced robotic surgical technology, you will help expand access to minimally invasive urologic procedures while advancing a sustainable, growing, and distinctive organization dedicated to improving the health of individuals and communities.
