The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day accounting operations, including month and year-end close, general ledger account reconciliation, financial reporting, and internal control review. This role also involves tasks such as annual budgeting and forecasting, cash flow management, property tax, fixed assets, and journal entries. The Accounting Manager will also liaise with external auditors to ensure all financial operations are compliant with regulatory standards. Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or finance, with at least 3 years in a managerial role. 3. Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), financial reporting, and budgeting. 4. Proven experience with month-end close, year-end close, general ledger account reconciliation, and journal entries. 5. Experience with cash flow management, property tax, and fixed assets. 6. Demonstrated experience in managing external audits and internal control review. 7. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly MS Excel. 8. The Dialysis Home Therapies Nurse coordinates the administrative and clinical aspects of the home dialysis program, including home hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis treatment options, and communicates with patients and support staff to ensure the highest standards of care. ED Patient Access Associate-ER Registration

Summary Job Summary The ED Patient Access Associate provides quality service in registration of patients in a courteous, professional and timely manner. Conducts patients/guarantor interviews, explains hospital policies, assists patients understand financial responsibilities, and informs patients on bill of rights. Insures all necessary demographic and financial data is obtained and accurately documented. Contacts insurance payers for verification of eligibility and benefits as needed. Ensures any pre-certification/authorization is obtained to meet individual payer payment protocols. Assists patients with a financial screening assessment for program eligibility. Process payments received as necessary. Work Experience: Two years of experience in customer service related field; One year of experience in patient registration and insurance verification in a health care setting, strongly preferred. License/Registrations/Certifications: None Education and Training: High school diploma or equivalent. Training or educational background with medical terminology and familiarity with ICD9 coding preferred. Skills: Ability to deal tactfully with Associates, patients, visitors and the public.
