Manage performance and development of direct reports including coaching and training. Develops continuous improvement of HR operational business processes to ensure efficient and accurate workflow. Collaborate with HRIT to best utilize system capabilities to deliver required HR services and continuous improvement objectives. Manages the interfaces of data to external vendors, plan providers, auditors and consultants, including providing data to actuaries for annual defined benefit plan valuation. Manages administration of active and retiree benefit plans such as the Medical, Dental Life & AD&D, Disability, Pension and 401k. Manages communication of benefit plan design changes to carriers to ensure compliance with ERISA mandated Open Enrollment periods and Life Event changes. Manages annual Open Enrollment requirements including review of employee communication materials, development of open enrollment booklets, Summary Plan Description documents and other legally required communication media. Facilitate the legal review and execution of HR contracts including benefit plan documents, contracts, insurance policies including internal legal review. Disciplinary oversight of regional talent acquisition service delivery and manage local talent acquisition ༀ. Manages HR compliance with regulatory reporting and standards and with internal company policies. Skills: Strong computer skills with a firm knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs, SAP, Success Factors or other HRIS system. Knowledge of federal and state laws and regulations such as but not limited to COBRA, ADA, FMLA, HIPAA, ERISA, OFCCP, NLRA, and other federal and state employment and wage and hour regulations. JT4, LLC provides engineering and technical support to multiple western test ranges for the U.S. Air Force, Space Force, and Navy under the Joint Range Technical Services Contract, better known as J-Tech II.
