Contribute to developing and improving team processes, data tracking tools, and operational playbooks to enhance organizational readiness and response effectiveness. Work with leaders across all Penske business units to assess business needs. Identify risks or gaps across HR workstreams and drive resolution with relevant stakeholders. Lead cross-functional teams to successfully achieve project goals. Develop and maintain project plans, communication strategies, and timelines to ensure consistent implementation of various projects across locations and business units. Present project updates, recommendations, and results to senior management and key stakeholders. Collaborate with other HR Project Managers to maintain consistent project management practices and execution. Other projects and tasks, as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS: Experience in HR and/or leading or managing project teams required; formal training in project management is a plus. Experience with mergers, acquisitions, or complex organizational transitions is preferred. Understanding of change management principles. Experience in Smartsheet or other project management tools. Comfortable working with data and reporting to monitor progress, identify risks, and support decision making. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. Comfortable operating in environments with executive-level responsibility and cross-functional engagement. Strong communication skills, including oral and written communication, executive presentation development, and meeting facilitation. Ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting critical deadlines independently. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify risks and propose practical solutions. Green Belt or Black Belt, PMP, or CAPM certifications are a plus. Bachelor’s Degree required. JOB REQUIREMENTS: Regular and predictable attendance at the Green Hills Corporate office is an essential function of the job. Willingness to travel, as needed.
