Position Summary: As a Penske District Service Manager (DSM), you will build a team that looks to connect their work to what motivates them and department goals. You will drive results through your team’s performance to ensure a high degree of effectiveness and customer experience across multiple facilities. The DSM ensures that all of the district locations are resourced properly and that they are adhering to all policies and procedures through the direct supervision of the Branch Service Managers (BSMs). Total IT industry experience of at least 8 years, with at least 5 of those in Salesforce.com. Projects experience with specific reference to CRM Roadmap planning and Sales/Service/Experience Cloud / Health Cloud/ Data Cloud / Force.com Implementation / Architectural oversight is a must Experience and domain knowledge in Healthcare payer business (particularly in Sales stream) is a must Must have strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with experience working in large-scale enterprise implementations involving multiple parallel Salesforce programs/projects within a Scrum of Scrums model. Ability to capture requirements from business users - requirements may pertain to implementation of SFDC Sale/Service/Experience Cloud or may pertain to development of pure-play Custom-applications on the Force.com platform. Knowledge of Requirements Analysis and Management processes: Very strong hands-on experience and high degree of comfort in preparing Requirement documentations including EPICS, features, user stories in JIRA, artifacts like scope document, Gap analysis documents/Use-cases, and Solution Design documentation. Apex/Visualforce knowledge will be nice to have, but not mandatory, as long as the person has very good experience in doing Solution Design/Technical Design. Knowledge of, and experience in Salesforce.com CODE-level re-engineering / Code optimization will also be good-to-have. Must have Experience in interacting with Business teams and Users across different geographies, and in running end-to-end Requirements-gathering and Design-brainstorming sessions. Experience in Onsite-Offshore coordination: Coordinate with Development, Configuration and Testing teams during build and deployment phases of the project. Also, will need to liaison between IT and business teams to help clarify questions and requirements. Late-evening and/or early-morning calls with Offshore development/configuration/testing teams will be part of the Project in the long-run.
