Summons the nursing staff if the patient requires assistance through appropriate communication tools. Monitors and attempts to prevent patient from self-harm, falls, eloping, smoking, dislodging IV lines, O2 apparatus, catheters, and /or drains and dressings through calling for assist (call bed, personal alarm) and attempting to redirect with communication. Requests immediate assistance for noted changes in patient condition and/or disruptive behaviors. Initiates C.P.R. procedure as needed to ensure patient care and safety. Maintains infection control practices (standard precautions and isolation precautions). Maintains appearance and order of patient rooms and work areas. Engages the patient in diversional activities such as coloring and games as appropriate. Demonstrates respect for individuals, customer service, teamwork and collaboration: A. Models excellence in customer service behaviors. Identifies and acts on opportunities to respond to customer requirements. Acts to prevent potential customer complaints. B. Initiates and reports service recovery steps taken in response to customer concerns. C. Cost Analyst

Essential Job Functions: Provides initial planning documents, program, and schedule breakdown structures, budget requirement analyses, and earned value guidance to Program/Product Directors and Integrated Product Teams. Provides support during review of contractor proposal submittals, including review of submitted hours, direct labor rates, overhead rates, other direct costs and general review of the contractor's Work Breakdown Structure. Prepares Program Office Estimates (POE), Life Cycle Cost Estimates (LCCE), Cost Analysis Requirements Description (CARD), Independent Cost Estimates (ICE), Component Cost Analysis (CCA), Business Case Analysis (BCA), and Affordability Analysis and Cost Benefit Analysis (CBA) in accordance with Army and DOW cost estimating policies. Develops and refines cost estimate by analyzing historical data and applying quantitative models, techniques, tools, and databases to predict future program costs. Conducts data collection to develop parametric cost estimates. Required Skills: Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required. Must hold an active Secret clearance. Master's degree and 10 years of relevant experience supporting DOD acquisition programs or a Bachelor's degree and 15 years of relevant experience supporting DOW acquisition programs. Demonstrated experience using Automated Cost Estimating Integrated Tools (ACEIT) to develop cost models. Knowledge of DOW Acquisition statutory and regulatory requirements and acquisition policy. Possess technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills as well as manage multiple projects simultaneously. Possess strong verbal and written communications skills and ability to work as part of a team.
