Principal Construction Coordinator

DUTIES Represents construction management on the project team and has ownership of the more complex projects and / or work authorizing documents (WAD) technical, cost and schedule baselines. Administer and ensure compliance with elements of the direct hire or subcontract management program on a site-wide basis. Develop programmatic changes and enhancements to the subcontract management program in order to satisfy DOE concerns and directives on a site-wide basis. Interface with facility management for work scope, estimate approvals and funding distribution and with project controls and construction execution for scope development, estimate preparation and approval and construction planning. Coordinate all aspects of assigned complex construction projects and maintenance orders to their overall successful completion by ensuring that construction efficiency is optimized from conceptual design to financial closing. Review and evaluate labor and material cost reports and identify positive and negative variances to total budgets and annual operating plans. Validate alignment of technical scope with baseline schedule and project / CMO estimate for constructability and approval of baseline schedule and estimates. Participate in establishment and approval of technical, schedule and cost baselines for projects and CMO's. Perform comprehensive review and evaluation of preliminary scope, design, schedules, and estimates for new projects to determine constructability and accuracy. Through use of experience and knowledge while monitoring progress of projects and maintenance orders, identify problems / potential problems to the technical / cost / schedule baselines and implement the necessary corrective actions. Interface with project management, DOE, design, procurement, field management and superintendents at different team levels to accomplish milestones in a safe and cost effective manner.

Job Title: Cost Accountant Location: Eden Prairie, MN Industry: Manufacturing Reports To: Cost Accounting Manager Job Summary: Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Cost Accountant to join their finance team. This role will be responsible for managing cost accounting functions including inventory valuation, cost of goods sold analysis, variance analysis, and standard cost maintenance. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting operational efficiency, cost control, and financial accuracy. Key Responsibilities: Analyze and report on manufacturing costs, including labor, material, and overhead variances Develop and maintain standard cost systems for raw materials, WIP, and finished goods Perform monthly inventory analysis and reconciliation, and support physical inventory counts Prepare detailed cost analysis and margin reports for management decision-making Partner with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to identify cost-saving opportunities Monitor and analyze inventory transactions for accuracy and compliance Support monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes related to cost accounting Assist in budget and forecast preparation with cost and production inputs Ensure adherence to internal controls and company accounting policies Provide support for audits and ensure documentation of all cost-related procedures Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field 3 years of experience in cost accounting within a manufacturing environment Strong understanding of standard costing, inventory valuation, and GAAP principles Proficient in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and Excel Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines CPA or CMA certification a plus Work Model: Hybrid with 1-2 days work from home per week. Chemist

Performs a variety of chemical analyses and GMP review in accordance with cGMP, GLP, DEA and company policies and procedures. Perform routine testing (dissolution, assay/degradant, content uniformity and ID) of drug products in a cGMP laboratory. Complete all assigned testing in a timely and organized manner in accordance with cGMP, GLP, DEA and company policies and procedures. Enter data into laboratory information system and accurately document all necessary and relevant information in a clear concise manner as per cGMPs. Operate and maintain all analytical instrumentation and equipment as per established procedures; perform basic troubleshooting. Communicate openly within the group to provide and gather information, to optimize the use of resources and to optimize efficiency. Aid other group members as required. Ensure that equipment and working areas are maintained with good safety and housekeeping practices. Re-stock chemicals and consumables used in analysis. Performs other related assignments and duties as required and assigned. The incumbent must have a BA or BS degree in Chemistry or closely related science. Minimum of 1-year relevant experience preferred. Understanding of analytical technology (HPLC, GC, Dissolution, Automation, or Spectroscopy UV/Vis, NIR, IR, or AA/AE). Relevant experience may include academic and/or industry experience and is measured based on the quality and quantity of the experience as it relates to the requirements of the position. Perform job functions in various positions that may require sitting, stooping, balancing, kneeling, crouching, twisting, and/or reaching. While sitting for an extended period of time on a routine basis, incumbent may use the following equipment: Personal computer, telephone/ other voice communication devices, copier, fax, scanners, or other specialized equipment used in an office setting. Lift and maneuver equipment and materials weighing up to 20 pounds. Take samples which may require stretching, bending, or twisting to remove product from the equipment and/or drums. Use small hand and power tools to perform incidental maintenance. Perform cleaning and assembly/disassembly on laboratory equipment which may require pulling, pushing, or twisting to remove equipment shields, parts and panels. Equipment and parts could weigh up to 20 pounds. Also requires operation of industrial hose (water) and physical exertion (repetitive wiping, rubbing and scrubbing) to clean equipment and laboratory surfaces. Ability to work a 10 hour per day/4-day work week Monday through Thursday; 40 hours per week with overtime as required. 6-month duration, potential to extend up to 12 months. Work Location: Wilson -Onsite Shift : 7:00AM-5:30PM (Mon -Thurs) but there is some flexibility in start time
