Part Time Veterinary Receptionist
Animal Hospital of East Davie is looking for a friendly, motivated Client Service Representative to become the newest member of our crew. As the first face our clients see, you'll play a key role in creating a welcoming, professional, and compassionate experience for every pet and pet parent who walks through our doors. We're seeking someone who thrives in a fast-paced , team-oriented environment, can juggle multiple priorities with ease , and enjoys working both independently and collaboratively . What You'll Do: Manage the flow of appointments and ensure a smooth, organized client experience. Communicate with clients by phone and in person, scheduling boarding and grooming services, answering questions, and providing exceptional service. Handle pets safely and confidently - helping with check-ins, placing dogs in their kennels, assisting with playtimes, and keeping laundry caught up. Work efficiently at the front desk, processing payments, managing records, and supporting the medical team as needed. You'll shine here if you've worked in a veterinary, grooming, or boarding setting and understand the importance of clear, compassionate communication. Schedule: This is a Part-Time position, seeking someone to work Tuesday - Thursday plus rotating weekends. Compensation: Compensation: $15 - $17 per hour, for each hour worked* Minimum qualifications and skill set: 2 years of client service experience Proficiency in the following skills: Strong multitasking abilities Excellent communication and client service skills with a warm, professional demeanor Ability to work independently and stay organized without constant supervision About Animal Hospital of East Davie Since opening our doors in 2004, we've been proud to serve the community with personalized, high-quality veterinary care.
