Automated Plating Utility

SUMMARY: ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Operate an automated plating line. The production of loading and unloading of plating racks; packaging plated parts and work from detailed instructions regarding the input of proper programming for the control of the automated processing. Work closely with Lab Technician to maintain standards in both the chemical and treatment applications with the plating system. Package plated product into provided dunnage and/or containers. Visually inspect parts to verify conformity to quality requirements. Check plating thickness at established frequencies. Perform plating adhesion tests as needed. Waste-Water Treatment - Perform a variety of tasks to assure proper operation of the waste-water treatment facilities. This will include waste-water treatment duties that effect the cleaning and maintenance as stated in the work instructions.
