Custodial Services Supervisor SUMMARY This position is designated as essential staff. The Facilities Team presence at work is required regardless of the degree to which the College is operational, while open or closed, essential staff are required to report for work at any time their function is necessary to maintain or protect the physical well-being of the campus community. The Custodial Services Supervisor is responsible for assigning and overseeing the work of the custodial staff, contractors, and student workers. Reporting directly to the Director of Facilities, the Custodial Services Supervisor will lead, instruct, schedule, train and inspect the custodial team members work and the work of contract custodial labor services to maintain a clean and healthy work environment of all CCAD buildings and property. In addition to managing a team of 4-6 custodial staff and 3rd shift contract labor, this position is expected to evaluate performance, provide direct custodial support and be hands-on when needed.
