Head of Product Location Employment Type Full time Location Type Hybrid Department Product Compensation Estimated Base Salary $225K – $300K • Offers Equity • Offers Bonus About Us 1mind is a platform that deploys multimodal Superhumans for revenue teams. These Superhumans combine a face, a voice, and a GTM brain — equipped with deep technical and product knowledge. They can lead unlimited, simultaneous conversations 24/7, meeting buyers when they’re most active and engaged. Superhumans qualify leads, book meetings, deliver pitches, give interactive demos, handle objections, uncover pain points, build value models, provide support, and onboard customers. They live across websites, inside your product, can join live calls as active participants, and work alongside your team in deal rooms. 1mind Superhumans integrate seamlessly into existing workflows, scale instantly, and drive measurable impact — growing revenue, reducing headcount, accelerating pipeline to closed-won, and creating a more delightful buyer experience. Job Description We’re looking for a Head of Product to own product vision, strategy, and execution for an AI-native platform at 1mind. This role is for a product leader who has built applied AI systems in production — not just shipped features powered by models, but designed end-to-end intelligence: context pipelines, retrieval systems, memory, tool orchestration, and evaluation loops that make AI reliable, useful, and controllable. You’ll operate at multiple altitudes: setting long-term product direction for our Superhuman platform, translating company strategy into concrete roadmaps, and partnering deeply with engineering, AI, and design to ship real-time, multimodal AI experiences. You’ll be responsible for how intelligence is composed, grounded, evaluated, and evolved across the product. As the company scales, you’ll also build and lead the product organization — setting the bar for AI-first product thinking, execution rigor, and customer impact. Key Responsibilities Own and articulate the product vision for 1mind as an AI-native system, not a traditional SaaS product. Define strategy and roadmap across Superhuman capabilities, context & memory systems, retrieval and grounding, agent workflows, and customer-facing experiences. Make principled tradeoffs across model capability, latency, reliability, cost, and user control. Lead product direction for how Superhumans understand context: knowledge ingestion, RAG pipelines, long-term memory, session state, and dynamic grounding. Drive innovation in how intelligence is composed across voice, visual, and textual modalities. Customer & Use-Case Depth Develop deep empathy for customers using AI in high-stakes GTM and support workflows. Translate real customer pain into concrete AI capabilities that improve outcomes, not just demos. Ensure products are explainable, debuggable, and trustworthy from a customer’s point of view. Execution & Iteration Partner closely with engineering, AI, and design to turn ambiguous AI problems into shippable products. Ensure strong product execution: clear problem framing, scoped bets, fast experimentation, and disciplined iteration. Balance velocity with correctness in a system where failures are visible and costly. Define success metrics for AI systems: quality, reliability, latency, cost, and downstream business impact. Ensure products are instrumented for evaluation, feedback, and continuous improvement. Build tight loops between production behavior, offline evaluation, and roadmap decisions. Cross-Functional Leadership Serve as the connective tissue between product, AI, engineering, GTM, and leadership. Partner with sales and marketing to shape AI capabilities into clear customer value and market narratives. Communicate roadmap, tradeoffs, and progress with clarity and credibility. Team & Culture Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing product team as the company scales. Establish best practices for AI-first product management, including discovery, evaluation, and launch standards. Foster a culture of ownership, technical curiosity, and candid, constructive debate. Qualifications 10 years of product management experience, with recent experience on AI-native or Applied-AI products. Proven track record building and shipping applied AI systems in production (e.g., RAG, agents, context/memory systems, tool use). Strong intuition for how models, retrieval, context, tools, and UX work together to create reliable intelligence. Experience partnering closely with AI and infrastructure teams on real-world constraints (latency, cost, evals, reliability). Systems thinker who can reason about complex technical architectures and translate them into clear product decisions. Excellent communicator who can align executives, engineers, researchers, and GTM teams. Comfortable operating in ambiguity and making high-leverage decisions with imperfect information. Experience in GTM, conversational AI, or multimodal products is a strong plus. Why Join Us? Own product direction for a frontier applied AI platform, not a wrapper around models. Build Superhumans that operate in real-time, high-stakes customer interactions. Work deeply across context engineering, retrieval, memory, and agentic workflows. High ownership, direct impact, and influence over-level strategy. Location: SF (U.S.) or NYC (U.S.) - hybrid Employment Type: Full-time 1mind's total compensation package is designed to be competitive and includes base salary, bonus, equity, and a full range of benefits and perks. Final compensation will depend on factors such as your skills, experience, qualifications, and will be determined during the interview process. The hiring manager will share more details about the full compensation package and benefits as you move through the process. Share your resume and "your why we should hire you" to us at [email protected] . We will review and get back to you accordingly! J-18808-Ljbffr
