Job Details We are seeking a litigation associate with 3–5 years of experience to join a dynamic practice focused on antitrust and technology-related disputes. This role offers immediate exposure to substantive litigation work and the opportunity to represent major companies in federal and state investigations, complex antitrust litigation, counseling, and M&A transaction review. Key Responsibilities Represent clients in all phases of antitrust investigations and litigation. Provide strategic counseling on antitrust compliance and regulatory matters. Support merger review and clearance processes, including HSR filings. Engage in technology-related disputes involving regulatory and commercial issues. Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses; participate in depositions and court appearances. Collaborate closely with partners and clients on case strategy and execution. Qualifications 3–5 years of litigation experience at a large law firm. Demonstrated interest or experience in antitrust law (HSR experience strongly preferred). Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple matters and work independently. Eagerness to take on substantive responsibilities beyond document review.
