This role is central to setting firm-wide financial strategy, overseeing investment and portfolio performance, and supporting capital formation and long-term growth initiatives. The CFO will work closely with the CEO and executive leadership team, providing strategic insight while maintaining strong operational oversight across accounting, reporting, and investment finance functions.
