Lead intake, prioritization, and scoping of event technology requests to align with business priorities and available resources. Design, build, and maintain event websites and mobile apps with a focus on usability, performance, and accessibility. Proactively identify opportunities to improve event technology processes, tools, and attendee experiences. Stay current on CVENT platform enhancements, UX/UI trends, and event technology innovations. Provide direct management and prioritization for the Event Technology Specialist, and assess capacity and complexity to determine when additional internal or external resources are required to support marketing and business development initiatives. Provide coaching, feedback, and professional development for team members, promoting best practices, innovation, and consistent use of established design systems. Serve as the primary escalation point for event technology issues throughout the event lifecycle, stepping in directly to resolve critical or time‑sensitive issues when necessary, including during live events.
